There are two parts of Fees for the SIMOC
1, Competition Entry Fee NZD380 per student, plus
2, NZD1,480 package price per student
(Package price is explained in FAQ)
(All parts of fees are not refundable.)
Eligible year groups: NZ Year 2-13
Competition format: Offline - Singapore
Competition Duration: approximately 9 hours (including break time)
Calculators are NOT permitted.
Candidate needs to obtain any one of the following awards before qualifying for SIMOC:
Bronze and above awards (Perfect scorers, Gold, Silver or Bronze) winners for SASMO 2023 are invited for SIMOC 2023.
Honorable Mention winners must attend training from PGA to qualify for SIMOC 2023.
Singapore Math Global Finals 2023:
Silver and above awards (Perfect scorers, Gold or Silver) award winners for SMGF 2023 are invited for SIMOC 2023.
General Pre-requisites for the competition
Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC) is the brainchild of SIMCC, letting students experience the thrill of math games along with the challenge of solving puzzles.
Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC) is a unique concept of mathematics competition which not only tests your ability to solve mathematical problems but also tests your ability to work as a team to play interactive mathematical games and solve puzzles.
SIMOC gives you an opportunity to compete with top mathematical talents from around the world and learn from each other as a team. Individual and team recognition awards are up for grabs.
Results and Awards
You can check the result of the contests on the website and Member Development Portal (MDP) for the statistical report.
All the winners - Perfect Scorers, Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Honorable Mention will receive physical certificates.
Non winners will receive an e-certificate of Participation.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners will receive medals while Perfect Scorers,
Champions, Runner-Ups, and 2nd Runner-Ups will be awarded a limited edition medallion with their name.
Team winners of Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards will receive a medal and certificate.

For each student, we will total up the score for individual and team events and select the TOP 3 students per level and award:

2. Refund policies and late fees?
No refund is allowed once the registration is submitted as we are unable to request for refund from the hotel, transportation partner and other arrangements. Any registration received after June 10, 2023, closing will be charged at a higher rate as the hotels will not offer us the contracted rates any more.
3. Is the travel insurance included?
No. All the students and guests must purchase travel insurance coverage. PGA is not responsible for, nor will it be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control during SIMOC 2023.
4. Who is responsible for my safety?
Students and parents should be responsible for their personal safety. PGA's major responsibility is organizing the competition itself, and do not have duty of care to students' or travellers' trip to Singapore.
