PGA reserves the right to charge full amount of the package for any cancellation. Should there be any no-show for confirmed reservations; a charge for full package will be levied as no-show charge. Any registration received after 15 May 2024, closing will be charged at a higher rate as the hotels will not offer us the contracted rates any more.

3. Is the travel insurance included?

No. Travel insurance is not included in the package. All the students and guests must purchase travel insurance coverage. PGA is not responsible for, nor will it be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control during SIMOC 2024.

4. Who is responsible for my safety?

Students and parents should be responsible for their personal safety. PGA's major responsibility is organizing the competition itself, and do not have duty of care to students' or travellers' trip to Singapore. Please refer to PGA TRAVEL and TRIP RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/LIABILITY WAIVER FORM for more information (available after your registration).

5. Can my child travel alone? What will be the fees?

Underage students must be accompanied by a guardian when traveling to Singapore. In exceptional circumstances where the guardian is unable to accompany the student, they may seek another adult to accompany them to Singapore. However, in cases where the guardian does not accompany the student, in addition to the $3000 examination fee, a management fee of $2480 is required. Moreover, it is necessary to make a note in the "Note" section of the registration form, and sign the Child Travel Consent Form.
