Pinnacle Global Academy provides Pearson Edexcel curriculums starting from pre-school to K12 students. Our mission is to inspire and empower our students in order to spark their inner potential to strive through their excellence in academic achievement with our high-quality online education. The centre has a diverse range of subject programs and it has been successfully helping New Zealand students to reach their potential.

 

Location： Auckland or Remote

Type: Contract

 

Now we are looking for Program Managers and tutors in the areas of English(including writing, public speaking and debating), Mathematics, Science, and Computing( Scratch, Python) to join the team for short term program and Pearson Edexcel courses.

 

A Bit About You:

​​

  • Have prior experience in teaching Maths, English or Science at a primary or intermediate level.   

  • You will be tech-savvy with excellent communication skills.   

  • Have a sound understanding of the NZ or British curriculum.  

  • You must be flexible, committed and a good team player.   

  • Have experience in providing feedback to parents/caregivers.    

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team

  • Be energetic, self-motivated and organized

  • Have full working rights in New Zealand(Auckland offline position).  

  • You are a qualified school teacher  (preferred but not essential)

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

​

  • -Preparation of assigned courses with outlines and materials provided by PGA

  • -Organise and teach assigned courses at PGA centres

  • -Supervise tests and review the outcome of students by writing reports

  • -Other duties when required

 

The classes will be taking place in one of our centres – Epsom, North Shore, East Auckland and Online Campus. At this particular time, taking an online lesson is required.
