1. What is the package price? What does the package price include?

2. What will the hotel room be like?
- International 4 stars, Local 5 stars hotels; - Twin sharing room, 2 single beds room, 4 days 3 night; - Breakfast for 2 persons daily; - Room size – 26 m² to 32 m²; - Air-conditioning; - Free Wi-Fi.
3. Anything I need to wear or to bring?
Wear SIMOC T-shirt on the competition day. Must remember to bring along your contest pass, pencil, and eraser. Please wear your ethnic costume during the award ceremony day. Parents need to wear smart casual. Please bring along a photocopy of the passport for the hotel registration.
4. Refund policies and late fees?
No refund is allowed once the registration is submitted as we are unable to request for refund from the hotel, transportation partner and other arrangements. Any registration received after June 10, 2023, closing will be charged at a higher rate as the hotels will not offer us the contracted rates any more.
5. Is the travel insurance included in the fee?
No. All the students and guests must purchase travel insurance coverage. PGA is not responsible for, nor will it be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control during SIMOC 2023.
6. Who is responsible for my safety?
Students and parents should be responsible for their personal safety. PGA's major responsibility is organizing the competition itself, and do not have duty of care to students' or travellers' trip to Singapore. Please refer to PGA TRAVEL and TRIP RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/LIABILITY WAIVER FORM for more information (available after your registration).
