Travel insurance is NOT included. It is compulsory for each guest to purchase their own insurance for YALA Camp.

PGA is not responsible for, nor will it be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control during the whole trip of YALA Camp.

By submitting the Registration Form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree. toall the terms and conditions outlined in this form PGA TRAVEL AND TRIP RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/LIABILITY WAIVER FORM.

In addition to this, if a guardian does not accompany the participant to YALA Camp:

1. An additional fee will be required;

For students under 18 years old joining the YALA Camp, if their parent/guardian cannot accompany them, they will need to pay an extra fee.

This extra fee includes NZD $1980 plus NZD $500 per day during the whole STEAM Ahead trip, in addition to the STEAM Ahead Fees, with no maximum limit on the number of days or total cost.

 

2. If a guardian entrusts someone else to take care of their child, besides the additional fee and YALA Camp Fee mentioned above, they must also complete the Child-Travel-Consent-Form.

1. What does the YALA price include?

The price for YALA is inclusive of: oProgramme costs oLodging oTransportation from and to Guangzhou airport oFood Do note that air travel and insurance will not be covered, and have to be purchased by YALA scholars themselves.

2. What do parents need to do when registering the YALA? What if I cannot travel with my kid(s)?

4.  What is the Cancellation Policy?

PGA reserves the right to charge full amount of the package for any cancellation.

5. Any charges incurred in the event of a confirmed reservation being a no-show?

Should there be no-show for confirmed reservation; a charge for full package will be levied as no-show charge.

6. What is the Refund policy?

No refund is allowed once the registration is submitted as we are unable to request for refund from the hotel, transportation partner and other arrangements.

7. Who is responsible for my safety?

Students and parents should be responsible for their personal safety. PGA's major responsibility is organizing the competition itself, and do not have duty of care to students' or travellers' trip. Please refer to PGA TRAVEL AND TRIP RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/LIABILITY WAIVER FORM for more information.
