STEAM Ahead Fees
Each student competing must pay: the Contest Fee + STEAM Ahead event package fee.
Each guest going to the Award Ceremony must pay: STEAM Ahead event package fee.
(All parts of fees are not refundable.)
Please note: Strictly NOT accepting STEAM Ahead registrations after the deadline.
Registration deadline: 5th November 2024.
Travel insurance is NOT included in the package. It is compulsory for each guest to purchase their own insurance for STEAM Ahead.
PGA is not responsible for, nor will it be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control during the whole trip of STEAM Ahead.

By submitting the Registration Form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree. toall the terms and conditions outlined in this form PGA TRAVEL AND TRIP RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT/LIABILITY WAIVER FORM.
In addition to this, if a guardian does not accompany the participant to STEAM Ahead:
1. An additional fee will be required;
For students under 18 years old joining the STEAM Ahead competition, if their parent/guardian cannot accompany them, they will need to pay an extra fee.
This fee includes NZD $1980 plus NZD $500 per day during the whole STEAM Ahead trip, in addition to the STEAM Ahead Fees, with no maximum limit on the number of days or total cost.

2. If a guardian entrusts someone else to take care of their child, besides the additional fee and STEAM Ahead Fee mentioned above, they must also complete the Child-Travel-Consent-Form.

1. What is the package fee? What does the package include?
Package Fee for each person includes: • Hotel room with daily breakfast; 1. Twin Room: Two twin beds (approx. 99cm*190 cm, for reference only) 2. Double Room: One double bed (approx. 137cm*190cm, for reference only) 3. Triple Room: in Istanbul, triple room is a Twin/Double Room + a sofa bed • Limited Transportation: i.e. Only the bus from the hotel to the Award Ceremony venue and back to the hotel. 1. No airport transfer will be arranged. 2. Please note that you can choose to bring and pick-up the student to/from the contest venue yourself. • Award Ceremony: 1. Ceremony Ticket 2. Ceremony Buffet lunch The ceremony ticket is included in the package and cannot be sold separately. No ceremony ticket, no entry to ceremony—no exceptions.
2. What does the student's Contest Fee include?
Contest Fees for each student includes: • The Contest itself; • Free gifts, Goodie bag and t-shirt; • Buffet Lunch during competition day(s); • Limited transportation (i.e. the bus from the hotel to the exam venue and back).
3. Does any of the Fees include any insurance?
Insurance is NOT included in any of the fees. It is compulsary for each person to purchase their own insurance for the event. 4. What is the Cancellation Policy?
PGA reserves the right to charge full amount of the package for any cancellation.
5. What is the Refund policy?
No refund is allowed once the registration is submitted as we are unable to request for refund from the hotel, transportation partner and other arrangements.
6. Any charges incurred in the event of a confirmed reservation being a no-show?
Should there be no-show for confirmed reservation; a charge for full package will be levied as no-show charge.
7. Airport transportation for arrival and departure?
Unfortunately, NO airport transportation arrangements included in the fees.
