STEAM Ahead Fees
The fees of STEAM Ahead consist of several competitions contest fees, plus the hotel package fee.
The competitions are IJMO, DrCT Global Final, and VANDA Global Final.
The hotel package is divided into two price categories, one for those attending the award ceremony and another for those not attending the award ceremony.
For example, if you are taking VANDA GF only, and you will attend the Award Ceremony, the fees you need to pay = $460+$2150 = NZ$2610.
If you are taking IJMO+DrCT Final, and you won't attend the Award Ceremony, the fees you need to pay = $380+$460+$2000 = NZ$2840.
Please note: If you registered after the deadline, the fees will be doubled.

Travel insurance is NOT included in the package. It is compulsory for each guest to purchase their own insurance for STEAM Ahead 2023.
PGA is not responsible for, nor will it be held liable for, any injury, damage or loss suffered on account of any conditions, actions or omissions that are beyond its reasonable control during STEAM Ahead 2023.
Every guardian is required to complete the TRIP RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT&LIABILITY WAIVER FORM.
If a guardian does not accompany the participant to STEAM Ahead, an additional fee of $1980.00 will be required.
If a guardian entrusts someone else to take care of their child, they will also need to complete the Child-Travel-Consent-Form.
