Example Activities:

Resources and support will be provided to our students to ensure their well-being, including mental and emotional well-being, social well-being, physical well-being and spiritual well-being.

Three steps:

Provide the ideas

Encourage the engagement

Celebrate the responses

Example Activities:

Create a family obstacle course

Have a hopscotch competition

Take a walk and photograph the colours of the rainbow

Have a dance party

Build a reading fort

Collect treasures and nature from around your home/community and create pictures from them.

Encourage students and families to share their experiences in school or classroom on Facebook pages, website pages or online education platforms.

Motivate the students to set challenges with their own families or for their school community to participate in.

Further plan:

Laison and cooperate with the local community centre to expand the diversity of the PE content.
