Award Ceremony 2025

The 2025 Pinnacle annual Award Ceremony will take place on

12th October 2025 (Sunday)!

Please complete the registration form by 30 September 2025!

▶️ Pinnacle Exam Centre will offer prizes and awards to the outstanding students in our school. If  your students are nominated, you will receive an email or notification. Hope to see you there!

▶️ Parents and students who participated the 2025 competitions are sincerely invited to attend our annual awarding ceremony. Competition trophies, medals, or certificates will be awarded during the event.

What You Need To Do

1. Decide (please choose one option)

- Attend the Award Ceremony (on 12 Oct 2025)

- Pickup prizes in Auckland area (on 25 Oct 2025)

- Post to your address

3. Complete the registration form before 30 Sep 2025

Fees

Attend the Award Ceremony

$40 for a family of four (1 father + 1 mother + 2 children)
If more than 4 people come, each extra person pays $5.

Important Notice

1. Please pay and register before 30 September 2025

Parents who do not complete registration and payment before this deadline will be regarded as giving up the 2025 Annual Awards, and NO further arrangements will be made.

(Registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.)

All parents must complete the registration form, no matter which option you choose (attend the ceremony / pick up in Auckland / postage to your address).

2. No free change can be made after your registration

For example, if you have chosen pick-up, you cannot change to another location for free. You might need to pay for the extra admin fee for arranging your pickup location.

If you later want it posted, you will need to pay the postage fee and we will mail it to your address.

3. Deadline of Pickup in AKL

All pick-ups must be completed by 16 November 2025.

If you cannot collect your award by this date, only the postage option (with mailing fees) will be available.

If we do not receive parental confirmation for postage by 30 November 2025, we will regard it as a waiver. After this date, PEC reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed certificates, medals, and trophies.

4. Postage

The postage fee mentioned above are normally covers one parcel only. This fee includes organising, packing, purchasing post bags, and posting.

If you have special requirements, you will need to discuss them with PEC teachers before 30 September 2025.

If there are many items to be posted, PEC teachers reserve the right to contact you at the time of posting for further arrangements.
