What is International Science Bee?
The International Science Bee is a big science competition organized by the International Academic Competitions Committee. Every year, more than 50,000 students from over 50 countries join. It gives students a chance to show what they know about science through fun activities and challenges.

Round 1: Online Regional Qualifying Exam
November 16, 2024 | 19:00-19:30 NZST (Online)
14:00-14:30 (Perth/Beijing time) (NZST-5)
17:00-17:30 (Sydney time) (NZST-2)
Registration deadline: November 8, 2024
The registration is considered successful upon receipt of the registration fee.
Round 2: Regional Finals
February 16, 2025
Registration deadline: February 7, 2025
The registration is considered successful upon receipt of the registration fee.
Division Guidelines
Age division for the 2024-25 competition season:
Varsity Division - For students born on or before 1 September 2008
Junior Varsity Division - For students born from 1 September 2008 to 31 August 2010
Middle School Division - For students born from 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2012
Elementary Division - For students born on or after 1 September 2012
Fees for the Science Bee is $78 per student each round.
Please note: If you registered after the deadline, the fees will be doubled.
