  • Total Score: 25, 1 score/question

Who is eligible to participate in the competition?

 Students below and under 14.5 years of age on the day of the competition are eligible to participate in the AMC 8.

Prize:

Certificate of Distinction: Achieves a perfect score.  

Honour Roll of Distinction: Scored in the top 1% worldwide. 

Honor Roll: Scored in the top 1% ~ 5% worldwide. 

Certificate of Achievement: Student in grade 8 (NZ Year10) or below who achieves a score of 15 or above.

Note: Both the A and the B versions of the AMC 10  have the same number of questions, the same scoring, and the same rules for administration. The only differences are the competition dates and that each version has a distinct set of questions, although the two examinations are designed to be equal in difficulty and distribution of topics.

Duration: 75min

Cost per student: NZD 60 (including papers A and B)

Entry closing dates: 04/11/2022

 Students below and under 17.5 years of age on the day of the competition are eligible to participate in the AMC 10.

Prize:

Honor Roll of Distinction: Scored in the top 1% worldwide

Honor Roll: Scored in the top 1% ~ 5% worldwide

Certificate of Achievement(AMC10) : Student in grade 10(NZ Year11) or below who achieves a score of 90 or above.
