Who is eligible to participate in the competition?
Students below and under 14.5 years of age on the day of the competition are eligible to participate in the AMC 8.
Prize:
Certificate of Distinction: Achieves a perfect score.
Honour Roll of Distinction: Scored in the top 1% worldwide.
Honor Roll: Scored in the top 1% ~ 5% worldwide.
Certificate of Achievement: Student in grade 8 (NZ Year10) or below who achieves a score of 15 or above.

Note: Both the A and the B versions of the AMC 10 have the same number of questions, the same scoring, and the same rules for administration.
